Graham Speed

Graham Speed is a Chartered Surveyor in private practice. He has a longstanding interest in borough policing and has previously chaired a borough Community Police Consultative Group.

Graham has a particular interest in finance and in the MPA property portfolio: he is a member of the MPA Finance and Resources Committee and the Resources and Productivity Sub-committee, and chairs the Authority’s member-led Estates Panel established to review development plans for the Metropolitan Police Estate which is the responsibility of the MPA.
