1. Because papers for this meeting are circulated two weeks in advance, it is apposite for members to be brought up to date on recent events or issues occurring in the intervening period.
2. The Commissioner's oral update will therefore inform members of any major incidents and new events that occur in the two weeks pre4ceding this Authority meeting.
