The Strategy was approved and a recommendation relating to the proposed borrowing limits was referred to the Authority for formal adoption. A. RecommendationThat the Authority adopts the borrowing limits as set out in recommendation 2 in the attached report by the Treasurer. B. Supporting information1. At its meeting on 13 February the Finance Committee received a report by the Treasurer on the Treasury Management Strategy for 2003/04. This is attached as appendix 1. 2. The Committee approved the strategy as set out in the report and also supported the borrowing limits set out at paragraph 22. The borrowing limits are referred to the Authority for formal approval.
