The Annual Meeting will be followed by an ordinary meeting of the Authority with the following agenda

1. To receive any declarations of interest from members of the Authority.
   If a member declares a personal interest, as defined in the MPA’s code of conduct, she or he may remain in the meeting and speak and vote on the issue. If the issue is a prejudicial one, the member must withdraw from the meeting during discussion of that item.
2. Minutes of the meeting of the Authority held on 27 May 2004
3. Minutes of Committees.
   The approved or draft minutes of the following committee meetings will be circulated separately to Members of the Authority for information. Minutes are publicly reported to the following meeting of the committee concerned for approval.
   • Co-ordination & Policing Committee, 17 May
   • Audit Panel, 27 May
   • Finance Committee, 24 May
   • Equal Opportunities & Diversity Board, 20 May

Members were reminded that if they had a financial interest in any matter that was discussed at the meeting they should have declared the interest and not taken part in any discussion or voted on it.
