39. Exclusion of press and public

A resolution was put to exclude the press and public from the meeting during the remaining agenda item as it would be likely to disclose exempt information as described in Part 1, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

RESOLVED – That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the remaining agenda items.

40. Police Reform Act 2002 – Conduct of an ACPO officer

Agenda item 4)

Members had received a report in relation to the conduct of an officer of ACPO rank. Members agreed a further investigation was required.

41. Police reform Act 2002 - Complaint against an ACPO officer

(Agenda item 5)

As members had not received a report, consideration of this complaint was deferred to another meeting.

Meeting ended at 1.55 pm
