An independent Inquiry into professional standards and employment matters in the Metropolitan Police Service has been established by the Metropolitan Police Authority.

The Inquiry terms of reference explains what the Inquiry was asked to examine. The Inquiry protocol indicates how the Inquiry conducted its business.

The Inquiry Panel is: Sir William Morris OJ (Chair), Sir Anthony Burden OStJ, QPM and Anesta Weekes QC.

Amanda Kelly is the Secretary to the Inquiry.

Survey of all MPS officers and staff

The Inquiry has conducted a survey of all 43,000 police officers and police staff in the Metropolitan Police Service to assist it in its work. The report of the survey is now available.
