Today the tribunal found against the Met. After consultation with the Metropolitan Police Authority, the Met has agreed to set up a joint inquiry to review the original investigation, the discipline board and the MPS case presented to the Employment Tribunal. The Chair of the Metropolitan Police Authority, Toby Harris, announcing that a member of the Authority will chair the inquiry said:
