MPA informed of Commander Paddick CPS decision

The MPA has been informed of the decision of the CPS and the present intention is for the way forward to be discussed by the relevant Members of the ACPO Conduct Sub-committee which meets on Monday 14 October 2002 4.00pm, 10 Dean Farrar Street, London SW1H 0NY.

Please note that due to the confidential nature of the issues that are considered by this Sub-committee the meeting will be held mostly in private.

There will be no media facilities with Members of the MPA.
