trailer will appear at events and festivals throughout London this
summer to publicise the London-wide rollout from October 2004 of
Recommendation 61 of the Macpherson Report. Recommendation 61 says that anyone who is stopped by the police should be given a record stating the reason for the stop. Until now only those people stopped and searched have received a written record. John Roberts, independent member of the MPA and chair of the Recommendation 61 implementation team said:
