Sections available here: Content Metropolitan Police Authority – February meeting 11/06 A meeting of the Metropolitan Police Authority will be held in Meeting Room 1 (ground floor), 10 Dean Farrar Street, London SW1 on Thursday, 23 February 2006 at10 a.m. Members will be considering a further paper on ‘suicide terrorism’ (Operation Kratos) following the paper that came to the Full Authority at the October 2005 meeting. At that meeting the chair, Len Duvall, asked for statistics to be reported publicly at a future Authority meeting on the number of intelligence-led and pro-active Operation Kratos incidents, in a format that would not prejudice operations. A paper outlining the MPS response to Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) incidents will also be considered. Len Duvall, chair of the MPA, said:
