Comments and compliments

If we have got things right and you would like to compliment the Authority, a member of staff or an Authority Member, or to make a suggestion for service improvement, we would like to hear from you. We will ensure your compliments are passed on to the person or department concerned and will carefully consider your comments. The Authority will acknowledge receipt of all compliments and comments within 3 working days.

You can pass a comment or compliment to the Authority by phone, letter, fax or e-mail to:
